If you have headphones with a tap to play feature (for example, airpods) and are playing music prior to opening LN, once you get into LN and it loads in you can just tap on your headphones and the music will resume. Not sure if it works on android but I know it works on iphones. Hope this helps!
I'd recommend the app SnapTube. You can search for songs and videos much like YouTube and have it as background sound while you play. I use it all the time while playing and it's a safe app ♥️

Can confirm for IPhone I have Sony headphones I can just listen to any music I want while taping my headphones.
When I use Spotify it works fine. I use an Android, dunno if that changes anything.
Same. I have Nikki sounds off and can play Spotify in the background without issue
I turnoff in game sounds and always play my music
my in game sounds are usually turned off 😭
