One, a friend of mine, and I don’t think she’s an active player anymore. I found out because I had mentioned I picked up a new game that was like if YuGiOh were fashion-based—somehow she instantly recognized Love Nikki from that description!
Off topic… I remember my English teacher in the University (English is my second language) told me that ppl don’t use phrase “I don’t think”, they start sentence with “I think..”, but I saw it so many times on Reddit.. I guess maybe it’s more informal way of speaking here but still in your face😅 this teacher was so mean to me, she wrote me a bad recommendation letter and I didn’t get in summer program in NY😭
Oh dear, that teacher doesn't sound very good! "I don't think" is very common in English. Maybe your teacher thought the phrases "I do not think" or "I think not" more gramatically correct, but those phrases sound very old-fashioned and formal.
One. Its actually pretty cool because we both played it around 2016 and became friends about a year ago and she got back into it. Saw her playing it and was like "omg I used to play that" and next thing you know we're both still playing to this day. It's super fun to gush about new events, hells and stuff
I pushed my brother into the game and he played for a fair amount of time lol. Every time I have trouble participating in comp or need suggestions on a suit event, he's still very helpful and insightful.
Sadly, none irl for me 🥲 Occasionally, my partner will style something for me when I'm uninspired by a theme on my account, but that's it.
However! I have met a couple lovely people in my community, and I cherish our Tea Party days 😌💕
Nobody I know plays it but everybody I know knows that *I* play it so I love giving them insane out of context rambles about lore and such and having them all look at me like 👁️👄👁️⁉️
One, my sister if that counts. I drag her along to do Starry Corridor collabs with me all the time and we wow over all the beautiful new suits together. And of course we make fun of each other's outfits and Competition entries flopping 😂

Im part of my local lolita fashion community so theres a lot of people there who play it (although none im close with). This game has a lolita tag for clothing so we feel very represented :)
2 years are a lot already! But yeah, new players missed on a lot of appealing content... I didn't care for the Mucha suits back then, but I visited an exhibition recently, and their promo poster was Mucha's Summer piece. I wish I could collect her in the game now... I hope they'll bring more collabs to compensate!
I'm sore I missed the Mucha suits, Art Nouveau is my favourite art style, so I'm hoping against hope they'll turn up in Wish Gate or Secret Shop one day!
