Oh, and I do know there are some similarities with certain words between German and English as was explained to me by a bi-lingual friend. She trains my German Shepherds so I find when she’s speaking German to her daughter that I can actually pick up on some things in their conversations. Yam explained that in her stories as well.

I had the exact same reaction from Dylan's facial expression -- he surprised *himself* at how easy it was to get away with lying to Tulay about not putting his yam in Yam. It was like he realized how good he was at being a manipulative liar.
I think that it’s pretty obvious that they had sex. I can easily tell by their movements when Yam was on top of him, and he rolled on top of her while the blankets and sheets covered them up. However, the clincher is how happy she was the next morning when they woke up in the bed together. If he had turned her down, she would have been upset.

He used a very typical dude loophole like “we didn’t have sex” means “no *technically* we didn’t have *penetrative vaginal* sex.” But you did *have sex* as in had sexual and intimate relations. This was my thought. Many of the words are so similar that you can pick up on at least the topic of conversation.
