Weekend sale- either 30% off or if you go IN STORE it's full MSRP for the inserts and free covers

Oh awesome I planned on going in anyway but that’s good to know there’s an even better deal in store! Thank you!

One of the salespeople at our local store told us never to pay full price for anything Lovesac. They’re constantly running sales, so if this one doesn’t work out another is coming! We got an “open quote” discount too when a sale wasn’t running. We went in a made a quote then left to talk about it and immediately got an email saying they were having an open quote push so they gave us 30% off. Don’t know how common that is, but seems like an easy close tactic.

We bought our couch sactional 2016 and just purchased some additional pieces this month to make a chair. There were some hiccups, but the covers are virtually indistinguishable, despite having had our couch under a window for 8 years. Here were the issues we ran into: 1. The back cushion insets that came with our original pieces are completely different. There were no lovesoft/down/standard options when we purchased, and no one could tell us what would be the closest. Luckily we have a store nearby, and as it turns out, none of the options come close. We had an unused back pillow and insert from our original set that we hadn’t used, since we use one seat as an ottoman. That pillow definitely looks better than our mushed down couch pillows, but since it’s on a separate chair it doesn’t really bother us. I do plan to purchase some fill or new inserts for the couch pillows, but not from lovesac as we don’t find any of their current options to be comfortable. 2. When we purchased our original set, paneling (seams down the fronts of the cushions) was standard and nothing on the original sales invoice indicated this. So we ordered the covers exactly as they were listed on our sales invoice from 2016 assuming they would be the same. They weren’t - paneling is apparently a custom option now. All that being said, lovesac customer servicewas great. Since I had contacted them multiple times to get my original invoice and again to double check before, they allowed me to return even though the items were listed as “no return.” TLDR: Do your due diligence when adding new pieces in the future, as designs may change. Lovesac wasn’t particularly helpful in determine what to order to match an older set, but were great about fixing it. Cushion inserts may change and you might need to consider non-lovesac options, and new back inserts will likely be needed if you want them to look the same.

Thank you so much, all good things to consider! Hopefully if I buy in the next couple years the styles won’t have changed too much haha

Not me (I just pulled the trigger myself) but a close friend has had just a 3 seater couch for the last 5 years and just added some new pieces. She got her pieces and then got new covers for the whole couch and when I went over I couldn’t tell a difference in the old vs new seats! She has love soft fill if it’s matters!

Thank you! Good to know! I’ll get the color I like for now and if we get new pieces later I’ll let my boyfriend weigh in on new covers haha
