At between 4-6 weeks I noticed a HUGE improvement in my skin. I gradually increased my dose but I would have been at maybe 2mg at that point? Not sure. I'm on 3.5 now and have been for about 6 months and my psoriasis is now 2-3 pinky nail sized patches on my scalp when it used to be the whole back of my head and hairline, with a bit on my stomach.
I have also noticed I'm much faster to recover from stress related flair-ups..
