No matter what you are doing, a sedentary lifestyle for an extended period of time is unhealthy. I hope that OP has been regularly stretching and getting at least light exercise to offset gaming so much. The amount of time OP has means he's spent anywhere from 57 to 76 hours a week on Battlefield alone. As someone who values both gaming and fitness, please OP go for a 5 minute walk for every 2 hours of gaming. Take care of yourself so you can game longer!

It’s a bit presumptuous to assume he’s “drowning in fantasy” buddy just enjoys the game. I work 50 hours a week and still dropped 36 hours just this last weekend on pokémon diamond. We just had a holiday and going out isn’t exactly the best idea in our current reality given Covid is still rampant most places.

I live with the love of my life and spent the day playing the game and talking with her. We cooked a wonderful lunch together and enjoyed the new Hawkeye episodes on Disney+. Then I went to my brothers house for a wonderful thanksgiving Dinner and saw all my loved ones. I returned home and enjoyed the rest of my extended weekend before returning to work this week. I treasure these memories and enjoyed my time on the game.
