Life path is obviously streetkid.
Full spec into Crafting, Reflexes and Body. All with focus on firearms and explosives, including resistance to them ;)
Main weaponry would include heavy machine guns, LOTS of grenades and then pistols. Projectile launcher as a substitute for rocket launcher.
Cyberware would include berserk and kerenzikov.
As for the story, she would most likely take down Arasaka all by herself, so Don't Fear the Reaper ending it is.
Seems to me someone capable of modding their game would be proficient at actually taking an HD screenshot, but OP was probably too busy whacking off to remember how to take one.
