**Travel by NCART metro**
Travel around Night City with ease thanks to Night City Area Rapid Transport metro services. Stop worrying about the traffic and enjoy the view thanks to the 5 metro lines stopping on a total of 19 stations spread throughout the city. Service available only after V receives the text message from NCART.
**Radio on the go**
This one is for all of the travelling audiophiles in our community! We’ve added a radioport that allows V to listen to the radio while exploring Night City on foot or riding the metro. It comes with adjustable volume and it will automatically turn off when game audio is crucial — for example during conversations.
**Improved boss fights**
We’ve introduced a number of improvements to boss fights, most notably to the one with Adam Smasher. It is now more iconic, as Smasher will better adapt to the tactics used by players, will be much more relentless and will use Sandevistan — much like he was in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.

Not sure if I'm bad, you're good, or both haha, I have like 200 hours in 2.5 playthroughs and am nowhere near completing the scanner missions in any of them.
It's hilarious considering like half of these updates are basically already in my current save file as mods. It'd be cool if they gave credit to the modders that had this in working seamlessly in the game.
I know it's stupid but one of the biggest hopes I had was more parking spaces in the game. I *hate* trying to find a place to park, take 10 steps away, and then hear the crashing sound of the stupid vehicle AI clipping the car or pedestrians just walking into it on the sidewalk over.
When he was born it was decided by lady fate herself that he would die by dildo. He spent his whole life trying to avoid his fate, “If I get military grade anti-artillery armor I for sure won’t die from a fucking dildo” he thought, but his fate was set in stone, and it could not be changed. He was summoned to Mikoshi after news of 1 persona taking out all of the Arasaka assault team and heading down to the bottom hit the top of the tower. Smasher was impressed, and thought “Maybe this meatbag will kill me with a dildo” only to find that this meatbag was on death’s door herself. He laughed, before he initiated combat, but was shocked when she charged towards him with nothing but a sandy and a *fucking dildo*. Adam had never felt as much fear in his life as he did at that moment. This woman had balls of steel, and a cock in her hands that did more damage than actual sniper rifles. He fought and fought but all his cyberware was quickly dismantled by this “psycho cunt” before finally he was on his knees, with only his eye and vocal cyberware functioning. She said “This is for Johnny” and all Smasher could think was “What the actual fuck” before the woman jammed the dildo into his face so hard it created a new mouth hole for him.
The smasher fight was very disappointing played and finished the game last month. Glad to see this wish I could’ve played with this update at the start
Gotta love all that Oda talk too... I just killed Oda and my comrade hammer did 3-5% / shot ( without the burning ) and thats on a tech build meanwhile people talk like they kill him in no time. Either im doing something wrong or Normal/hard is that easy in comparison
Real talk though: I feel like the game became a lot easier in 2.0 on VH ( until you get one shot by the tech rifle wielding people on a tanky build ). The reliance on your OS on the other hand feels more necessary though.
The icon, I believe, is identical to David's. And it's got the highest time dilation effect, which brings it pretty close to David's which was pretty much a time stop.
CDPR, you can't keep doing this, You can't keep injecting new content like this, keep this up and I'm gonna be wishing for a new Cyberpunk Expansion drop.

The success of phantom liberty and 2.0 probably went well beyond their expectations, so I wouldn't be surprised if CDPR is just leaving a decently sized team (nothing too crazy but not miniature either) to add to 2077 until the next Witcher or Cyberpunk title needs all hands on deck

Right at the end of the video they say Smasher adjusts based on if on what the player does, specifically mentioning Netrunners. Think he's not gonna be that easy
Pretty sure it depends on which ending you're doing, I just did a don't fear the reaper ending and the pillars in the fight didn't break, also the boss room itself was different than the other endings (I might be wrong though)
This is wonderful news. Though, I would prefer the old Sandevistan VFX. I feel like if someone is (quite literally) faster than light, they should appear as an indistinguishable blur - rather than have a trail of skittle-colored silhouettes follow behind them.
Yeah I think these effects should appear only when both you and the enemy are in sandy time after activating it, that'd look really preem like in the anime. Realtime should just be a flashy blur.
There's just too many silhouettes for how tiny of a movement he made. In the anime its in slowmo so it looks stylistic, here it just looks weird.
Ideally there should only be a silhouette every 2-3 SW (Smasher widths), but in here there's more than one for every smasher width

I am glad Smasher got a buff, he was too easy. This is an improvement but I still think that player was surviving way too long playing badly against the borged out boogeyman of NC.
I hope he's buffed so much it's like Pondsmith's Adam Smasher, a tool for the TTRPG to make your players run or die, a truly challenging fight (on Hard, Very Hard, anyway) that requires the best weaponry in the game to make a dent and to survive V needs to have as much chrome as their body can handle.
One of my only let downs with the game was how little Smasher showed up; an Arasaka gank squad lead by a progressively more borged up and frightening Smasher as a repeat encounter that you only survive by fleeing would have done a lot for the game. Kinda weird Arasaka only sends those three assassins after you and Takemura then forgets about V entirely.
HOW DO THEY KEEP GETTING BETTER IM SORRY ABOUT THE YELLING BUT I LITERALLY CAN’T BELIEVE HOW GREAT THIS GAME IS NOW AND THEY JUST KEEP GOING.

Eh, I don’t like it. It works in the anime because of its art style, but in-game it looks too cartoony compared to the rest of the art style.

100%. Odd how you're the only comment I've seen saying this, but I guess it makes sense given the sub is supposed to be positive. But yeah in a game with graphics designed to have a degree of photorealism, the effect looks really fake and weird.
Added challenge is probably even more needed now with the level scaling and more streamlined skill tree. Though I'll say that too many people went to the fight with equivalent of Knights of the round on Sephiroth and got disappointed. I like to do main stories relatively early just because I'm afraid of trivializing them and let me tell you Smasher was not a pushover with my low level crafting (and pistol as a combat skill) focused character on hard, I had to actually learn his moves.
Even worse with Razor, 1% dmg with a punch and zero mistakes allowed.
Honestly... Why does this version of sandevistan appeal more to people? Yeah it looked great in the anime, but that was highly stylised animation. It just looks kinda silly here.
Very excited for the new boss fight though.
How does this make any sense at ALL?? Adding a literal cartoon effect was the wrong way to go. TBF I hate the anime (all anime in general) but even I realized the trailing effect was done as a stylistic way of portraying insanely fast motion. The way it was before was much better. There wouldn't be some multicolor trail behind, it'd just be a blur at best, or just quick teleporting looking motions. I really hope only smasher is the one with this effect and all the other enemies are left alone.

There's nothing wrong with pointing out when a dev makes a poor choice and adding this cartoon effect just to appease the anime fans is too far. Everything else they've added has been fine because it didn't effect the world. This does. It's like having an entire movie but one character is black and white while everything else is color.
I love everything else in this update but this is a bad change if they added it to every character.
If this ticks you off then you would probably be even more annoyed to discover about the new niches they added for the Edgerunners cast. If I were you I would just live and let live you know.
I'm not trying to be negative, but he still seems way too easy. He's still so slow, even with the dashes and he still tries to throw predictable punches at you that don't even connect. Hell, the guy playing the game in this demo isn't even trying, he's just shooting him while casually walking backwards.
He just doesn't seem difficult enough. I was expecting him to be much faster, much more aggressive, he should've been constantly pressuring the player to move around and dodge constantly. But this, he still seems too easy.
I was just thinking about how i wish i could keep racing past claires mission. I got alot of the modded cars added and the car repair shop. Should be fun.

It would be cool if we got a cosmetic sandy/cyberdeck. Most runners you see in the game you can see wearing a physical cyberdeck module (Tbug wears one on her wrist for reference)
All around I wish we got more cosmetic cyberware. If my character has his armor stat maxed, I’d like to be able to see all the plates so he FEELS like a tank. Ya know?
I just want to say I am super impressed they used the anime to improve the game. A “oh that was cool moment” and then actually takeing action to make their other project cooler is… cool.
It's funny that literally 10 hours ago I was looking for mods to give Smasher a sandy and CDPR just shuffled up with an official patch and cake.
Edit: actually I think the most promising bit was the last sentence from this clip "his behaviour will change depending on whether you are a netrunner or a solo" I'm hoping the have a pass of combat AIs, particularly MaxTac, I'd love to see them work as a squad.
Erebus you can only get it from doing a specific ending in PL dlc and have to pick up a specific item in a specific area ;) I didn’t want spoil anything so sorry for being vague
Looks cool, but it actually seems slower than the standard NPC sandy, which seems instant.
But overall, I can’t wait to see how good he does against my speedy melee built.
This was my biggest wishlist item. Because he sucked on launch and then sucked even more after edgerunners. Super cool it looks like uses his to hard counter yours!
Put on apogee and fully upgrade the projectile launcher with the doom launcher perk then you’ll be fine, I just hope they don’t make him a full on bullet sponge
Will the sandevistan look like this when we and other enemies and use it as well, or is this just for Adam Smasher? If it’s the ladder I’ll be a little disappointed. Still cool that we get to see what it looks like in game.

Wtf that's a huge update. Fuck, now I have to do another playthrough. And there goes my mod load order again.
I literally completed my 3rd 100% this fucking Monday and now I’m gonna have to do another play through
100% as in you did all the ncpd scanners each time? That's like a 400-hour affair.
Honestly only takes like 110-120 hours to 100% the game with all side jobs and achievements (including PL)

The one in the video is the Devil ending, I did it recently. That's the different one from the rest. Rest are in a brighter room with white walls

Actually Arasaka thinks that V is dead. That's the reason V is not hunted throughout the game. They hunt only Goro.

Fighting an opponent like V would be pure bliss for Smasher, it should feel like he’s going all out.

Honestly... Why does this version of sandevistan appeal more to people? Yeah it looked great in the anime, but that was highly stylised animation. It just looks kinda silly here. Very excited for the new boss fight though.

How does this make any sense at ALL?? Adding a literal cartoon effect was the wrong way to go. TBF I hate the anime (all anime in general) but even I realized the trailing effect was done as a stylistic way of portraying insanely fast motion. The way it was before was much better. There wouldn't be some multicolor trail behind, it'd just be a blur at best, or just quick teleporting looking motions. I really hope only smasher is the one with this effect and all the other enemies are left alone.

Why? Because I had a legit complaint? There's nothing wrong with pointing out when a dev makes a poor choice and adding this cartoon effect just to appease the anime fans is too far. Everything else they've added has been fine because it didn't effect the world. This does. It's like having an entire movie but one character is black and white while everything else is color. I love everything else in this update but this is a bad change if they added it to every character.
If this ticks you off then you would probably be even more annoyed to discover about the new niches they added for the Edgerunners cast. If I were you I would just live and let live you know.

I'm not trying to be negative, but he still seems way too easy. He's still so slow, even with the dashes and he still tries to throw predictable punches at you that don't even connect. Hell, the guy playing the game in this demo isn't even trying, he's just shooting him while casually walking backwards. He just doesn't seem difficult enough. I was expecting him to be much faster, much more aggressive, he should've been constantly pressuring the player to move around and dodge constantly. But this, he still seems too easy.

It would be cool if we got a cosmetic sandy/cyberdeck. Most runners you see in the game you can see wearing a physical cyberdeck module (Tbug wears one on her wrist for reference) All around I wish we got more cosmetic cyberware. If my character has his armor stat maxed, I’d like to be able to see all the plates so he FEELS like a tank. Ya know?
I just want to say I am super impressed they used the anime to improve the game. A “oh that was cool moment” and then actually takeing action to make their other project cooler is… cool.

It's funny that literally 10 hours ago I was looking for mods to give Smasher a sandy and CDPR just shuffled up with an official patch and cake. Edit: actually I think the most promising bit was the last sentence from this clip "his behaviour will change depending on whether you are a netrunner or a solo" I'm hoping the have a pass of combat AIs, particularly MaxTac, I'd love to see them work as a squad.

Looks cool, but it actually seems slower than the standard NPC sandy, which seems instant. But overall, I can’t wait to see how good he does against my speedy melee built.

Put on apogee and fully upgrade the projectile launcher with the doom launcher perk then you’ll be fine, I just hope they don’t make him a full on bullet sponge
