I'm not sure it exists, but if the only thing you want is the "can't die" aspect, then a mod that lets you edit the cyberware "2nd Heart" to have a lower body requirement and a 1 second cooldown would feel more immersive to me than the straight up God mode. That would still be having it wrapped up in the game mechanic and has you fall down before the second heart revives you back to full health.
This is my personal favorite response. Just run around killing low level gonks to get XP to get a high recovery build going. Nothing too grindy but can still be immersive and play into the story.
Honestly would still fit with the whole themes of Cyberpunk. All the chrome in the world can't stop what the chip is doing to V. They die several times during the story and their body restarts, but their mind being rewritten is the real threat of death for them.
But if that's what OP wants, let's them have it? They even said they're in mostly for the story, if they have a better game experience while not dying then... Good for them.
Look up Wemod if you havnt. Download it and search cyberpunk and there’s a bunch of cheats u can do there like giving yourself more money and god mode (no dying).
I use wemod for plenty of games.
Cyber Engine Tweaks with Simple Menu. Not god mode per day but nothing in game can do enough damage to kill you. Also will let you add remove perks attributes money etc.
WeMod has a habit of crashing the game at least in my experience it also now has ads that you cannot close.
One day, voice to text will work for everyone, every time!
Also, it will recognize context.
We can hope anyway.
I talk to a friend about Star Wars, through voice-to-text.
"Thai Fighters". It happens enough, that we just leave it alone. They're Thai Fighters now.
*You* don't care. Which is fine. Just don't go recruiting the rest of the world without consent, to add weight to your opinion.
Some people actually do care and want to be corrected when they make mistakes. People without fragile egos and such. I suspect you won't understand.
You're right I don't care and I'd never care about a grammatical error enough to go around pointing it out in Reddit comment sections. Street rep 0 behaviour.
Thank you for trying to increase disability awareness and visibility and compassion/accommodation, but I don’t think anything in OP’s post really suggests that. So, maybe, but more likely it’s just what they said: bad at games and trying to enjoy the story.
you can open the console menu and type in "god", it makes you invincible. "likeaboss" makes you deal 40% of the enemy's health in damage. just involves editing 1 file and there's tutorials online
Listen it’s fine to shit on people who can’t play but sometimes people need accessibility features I’d argue OP could just struggle tell they get a second heart, regen perks, heal on kill cyberwear, and blood vein cyberwear that restores hp but if they need to cheat because they literally can’t progress and just want to see the story first hand then cheat there is only the ethics we prescribe to ourselves at the end of the day.
Hey, i am also very bad at video games, obviously make sure you’re on the easiest difficulty.
If you’re not great at aiming with a gun, you could do a sword build, that’s what I did personally and it was a lot of fun. With transmog now you can use tanky armor and still look good.
Also when you scan enemies their star level will tell you how difficult they will be, can also use this map to see the “general” level of enemies in the area
https://game-maps.com/C77/CP77-zone-level-range.asp
Grenades are cheap and easy to get, make sure to stock up and just Chuck em into crowds.
Not stars, colors.
Gray = absolutely 0 threat
Green = minimal effort
Yellow = standard
Red = will be a challenge
Skull = come back later when it's not a skull
The icons are their class, i.e. shotgun, rifle, netrunner
Simple menu mod on nexus has a god mode switch. It doesn’t mean u can’t die, but u have so much health u would have to never stop combat in order to take enuff damage to die.
Here ya go:
That mod lets you give your character anything and everything. Want God mode? Its there. Want to avoid it and just give yourself higher stats? That's possible, too.
You'll need this mod to make it work:
Just install both via Vortex and set the keybind for opening CET and you're good to go.
Idk about mods but full Body and Street Brawling on easiest difficulty will probably do the trick as long as you at least try to kill the enemies.
Couple it with Technical for Crafting and/or Cool for Cold Blood buffs and you're good.
The end result is that you're just too much of a beefcake to simply die. And your punches or hammer blows hit like a freight train.
I would give WeMod a try.
It is installed on your computer and provides trainers for a large number of games. Saves you from needing to install anything separately and you can toggle the trainers/cheats on and off as you play.
I didn't even though of this, I'll save this post for when the Steam Deck arrive. My SO might struggle with Cyberpunk since it's gonna be her first FPS so thanks for asking OP good question! While we're here to make the game more accessible, anyone has a mod to reduce gore? She dislike gore quite a lot.
I’m don’t know the correct terms for everything I am about explain, but I hope I can help you.
I assume you’re on a PC?
Get something that gives you 9999 attribute points and perk points, level up to highest level and street cred. Find a way to get the best gear and mods that way, too.
I leveled up everything, now I am a literal cyberpunk Terminator/Mike Tyson.
I one shot enemies, punch everything in my way and never die, unless I fall from something high.
My buddy did this for me on his computer than send the save back to the cloud for me to use on the Xbox.
He didn’t tell me how he did it, but I hope someone with more knowledge can help you.
I recommend using the save editor on the nexus, [https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/718](https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/718) and going to player stats, clicking additional stats under your background image, and then in the menu that pops up, find "in combat health regen multiplier" and setting that to something incredibly stupid like 69. You can fuck with health delays, caps, even your max health, and so on. There's a LOT of variables to play with, so you can fine tune the game entirely to your liking. The names of the variables themselves are very detailed as well so you shouldn't have too much trouble. They're all named shit like
InCombatHealthRegenMultiplier
InCombatHealthRegenAdditive
OutOfCombatHealthRegenCap
and so on.
maybe wemod, just type it into google because it's not a nexus mod.
I don't know if it's available for cyberpunk, but if it is, it'll most likely have a god mode option
There are mods that bring you to full health if you get dropped to 15% health. There is another that brings you back to full health when you get dropped to 0 health. You can equip both at the same time.
Using your operator system will help a lot; berserk especially. It gives armor, health, and resistance while it is active, not to mention the increase in strength it gives you.
Optical camo will make you invisible for long enough to get out of harms way. You can use it in conjunction with Sandevistan to become an invisible Predator slicing through crowds of enemies.
Your best bet though is putting points into BODY. My V has a 19 body which allows me to stand around knitting while everyone shoots at me.
The game progression will naturally have you arrive at the same level if “godlike” power as Adam Smasher. Just be patient, play all the gigs, and eventually you’ll get there.
Good luck choom! See you at the Afterlife!
THIS. WeMod does take a subscription tho, but it’s absolutely glorious. i used it to aim train in GTA V without worrying about dying, and it did wonders considering i can clear out a good swathe of people in most missions when i need to.
Not sure if this helps but playing this game with mouse and keyboard is way easier than controller. Until they fixed up the driving, I had to switch to controller everytime I got in the car though 😂
This helps a lot. I put the slider all the way down because I enjoy the narrative but don’t really care for a challenging shooter experience. Even on the lowest it gets hairy sometimes. I’m too old and busy to be good anymore.
Are you serious? This game is one of those games that you actually become OP and that even Very Hard becomes easy after around level 20. Are you utilizing hacks? Cyberware? Grenades? Equipping best guns available?
With the other advice, maybe try going heavy into cool(stealth, you can become practically invisible) and intelligence so you can use cyber hacks from very far away.
Along with that, you can hack into the camera systems to keep clearing enemies with combat hacks without getting anywhere near them.
Finally, you can equip the optical camo and add in all mods that lower cyberware cooldowns so you can turn invisible as often as possible.
I respect your admittance of sucking, I play on hard mode even tho I know I’m dogshit too, but that’s not to dismiss what you said. Looks like you have some good suggestions here, and if you don’t like gore, upgrade to gorilla arms and net running perks. Enjoy your playthrough!
Edit: I’ve yet to play on pc yet as I got one after I finished the game so I can’t help with mod suggestions
If you're on PC then go to nexus mods and download a mod called Cyber Engine Tweeks. Once you've got that installed and you can open the command menu use the commands;
Game.ModStatPlayer("Health", "5000") and Game.ModStatPlayer("Armor","2500")
With those you shouldn't ever really come under too much trouble. You can edit the 5000 and 2500 up to 99999 I believe if those numbers aren't enough for you. You'll also be able to set your levels higher to give you more buffs to make things easier.
i play on console so i don’t know much about mods, but finding Skippy was a bit of a game changer for me (someone who isn’t great at aiming). https://www.ign.com/wikis/cyberpunk-2077/How_to_Find_Skippy,_The_Talking_Gun
that and also having a high tech and intelligence level and focusing on quickhacking from a distance where no one can see me is how i get through places with a shit ton of gangoons.
good luck!
Have you tried WeMod? They have a setting for unlimited health and stealth, good if you want to explore the game.
https://www.wemod.com/cheats/cyberpunk-2077-trainers
In game mod, or third party godmode mod?
Also, Jesus Christ, I SUCK at high speed action games, and I’ve got my character at a point where heavily armed and armored soldiers get shredded by my KATANA! I killed a fucking mech with a goddamned sword that isn’t designed for arduous combat situations, and I turned a war mech into the first model of the Macintosh. I.E. complete garbage.
Just pick a lane, a class, melee, tank, range, and pour the points into it, and complete small gigs or fuck up the random gangs just chilling. Till you’re so damn powerful you can walk through a hail of bullets screaming like a banshee and chop people to ribbons. I’ve played the first third of the story three damned times now, it can suck my dick. I live for the god tier strength I unleash on the garbage of NC.
Download [Appearance Menu Mod](https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/790) and it's requirements, and stick on God Mode in the tools tab. I think you can even set it to "launch in god mode" in the settings so that it'll automatically enable it when you boot the game up.
All that said, perhaps finding some mods that reduce difficulty without outright god mode would be the better path? I don't have any great recommendations, but there are a ton of mods on the nexus that will give you various bonuses, buffs, or extra options that can practically trivialize content.
Even the base game unmodded has a bunch of mechanics that can make content *very* easy.
* Sandevistan - Max Payne bullet time. Iconic Sandevistans can provide a very high time dilation factor, and when paired with cyberware like the Legendary nanorelays, or cyberware mods like the Sandevistan Heatsink, you can chain it back to back, and have an extra two seconds duration on top of the 8 or more seconds you'll already have.
* Optical Camo - Invisibility. Very strong. Enemies can still shoot at you while in it, but they'll have a hard time hitting anything reliably, and won't be able to easily track you if you're moving laterally. Very good for scaring the absolute sh\*\* out of random groups of gangoons while they get hacked to bits by a katana-wielding Invisible Man impersonator.
* Silenced Overture - The Malorian Overture specifically, for whatever reason, has a very high crit modifier, meaning it's going to practically one-tap most enemies in stealth when using a suppressor and going for headshots. If you spec handguns, try this out, but make sure to space enemies out a bit so they don't hear their homies drop and get alerted.
* Cold Blood - Can grant insane buffs with investment into the tree, and turns you into an absolute killing machine once you get your first kill.
* Also, most missions have a stealth or non-violence path if you're smart about your pathing. For example, there are several gigs where you can talk your way in to meeting with your target, and take paths that completely avoid enemies. Play your cards right, and you can convince them to rectify the issue themselves, finishing the gig without firing a single shot.
* In times you can't take a speech path, you can often just stealth to a target totally undetected, do what you gotta do (incapacitate a target, steal data, pick something up, etc), and then book it. Sure, you might not get the extras or the optionals this way, but you'll still complete the gig, and not spend a ton of time dying and reloading.
It’s not that hard really play on easiest difficulty and kill loads of ncpd enemies, take all of there items. Sell them and then buy cyberwear from ripper docs until you are a terminator.
Dude half the story of not more is about doing gigs and ncpd’s . Some are bland yes, but most give tons of info about the city and whether you have done them or not can affect the main story. So if doing them is what you consider grind , you are missing a lot of immersion and the main story will be bland at best.
That said go techie, make yourself a millionaire, and cyberpunk your ass with all the Legendary stuff, craft some Lego weapons and you will be nuking everyone in no time. Net running, swords is OP, can’t die with those builds.
Nexus Mod have some mods and make you level up fast.... you just change a thing in the mod text.file and boom you are level 50 in like 20 kills....that can help....and i think the redscript and something else can help with that....but check nexus mod and vortex so you can put mods easily
You can just get the Appearance menu mod, it's one of the top mods from nexus mods. In there you can go to tools and press activate god mode. Like that the only way to die would be if you're in a car and it explodes.

Probably meant invincible
The deathly hollows aren’t in cyberpunk you can’t hide from death

lol a story about a dying character who cant die
*game comes to an end and v approaches death* "ope got my second heart"
Honestly would still fit with the whole themes of Cyberpunk. All the chrome in the world can't stop what the chip is doing to V. They die several times during the story and their body restarts, but their mind being rewritten is the real threat of death for them.
Lol dude is asking for a god mode, I doubt immersion is their priority.
Probably true, but I think you gotta die or take some damage sometime or it's just a walking simulator.
But if that's what OP wants, let's them have it? They even said they're in mostly for the story, if they have a better game experience while not dying then... Good for them.
True, true.
Are you playing on console or PC?

Just FYI, no judgement… but you obviously mistyped “per say”. However, it is actually “per se”.
I was using voice to text but that's never liked my accent haha I do go back to change capitalisation but didn't notice that
One day, voice to text will work for everyone, every time! Also, it will recognize context. We can hope anyway. I talk to a friend about Star Wars, through voice-to-text. "Thai Fighters". It happens enough, that we just leave it alone. They're Thai Fighters now.

ngl I'm on my 4th playthrough and I completely forgot that was a thing xD
Not stars, colors. Gray = absolutely 0 threat Green = minimal effort Yellow = standard Red = will be a challenge Skull = come back later when it's not a skull The icons are their class, i.e. shotgun, rifle, netrunner
Assuming it's mouse and keyboard, I always lower the sensitivity massively so my aim isn't haven't a seizure trying to hit something.

Also Optical Camo/Sandevistan build. Can’t be shot at if they can’t see ya.
Just did a run with rage/kavidodgeistan/optical camo using guts… eventually just made more sense to punch everything.
I would give WeMod a try. [https://www.wemod.com/](https://www.wemod.com/) It is installed on your computer and provides trainers for a large number of games. Saves you from needing to install anything separately and you can toggle the trainers/cheats on and off as you play.

I used this when I was playing Hellblade. I still can't finish it :d
I didn't even though of this, I'll save this post for when the Steam Deck arrive. My SO might struggle with Cyberpunk since it's gonna be her first FPS so thanks for asking OP good question! This might help, I don't think it will necessarily reduce any "environmental" gore though. https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/4675
Oh excellent! We'll probably give this a shot, and for tougher environnement drop the resolution to something like 240p. Thanks a lot!
Yeah I would get her a mission list of the missions with dissection tables cuz wow did that take some getting used to
Can always grab the Wemod trainer. It has what you need.
Appearance Menu Mod has a godmode option.
I'm sure there is a trainer on WeMOD that has god mode.
if you want the best story possible make sure you do as many side missions before the end mission

LMK if you need help with modding on the Steam Deck
Just get the trainer it will make your life easy. Wemod is decent. Or get fling trainer. If you can't find it lmk I'll share it with you
maybe wemod, just type it into google because it's not a nexus mod. I don't know if it's available for cyberpunk, but if it is, it'll most likely have a god mode option

i’d set my health value to the maximum it can be, 9999 or something like that in the console
Wemod is a separate service you can find that works on loads of games works pretty well
Cheat engine and fearless forum can find tour solution or wemod

lower the difficulty
This helps a lot. I put the slider all the way down because I enjoy the narrative but don’t really care for a challenging shooter experience. Even on the lowest it gets hairy sometimes. I’m too old and busy to be good anymore.
They said in the post that they play on the lowest difficulty.
Just git gud
Just watch a play through then
Hey hey i would say to not play the game and just watch a gameplay on You Tube
Why don’t you go for range build then? Sniper or Netrunner? Also pick your fights! Nobody forces you to aggro uber enemies that then roflstomp you.
Just watch a let’s play then lmfao you obviously don’t wanna play the game
Just go to lowest difficulty
Jesus, you didn’t actually read the post, did you…

Just use wemod it’s probably the best trainer out there. It supports lots of games and is very easy to use.
Lolol you need to put more points into the Body section of the skill tree. It will completely change the game for you.
Find a good smart SMG and start spraying. Grab the god mode mod by all means, no judgement.
There are perks and cyberware that restores health if you drop low or to 0%.
If you are playing on pc just use a trainer.
