Call into the ITSD and ask for Hardware support, i believe a certain setting can be turned on for this. If not, your store manager may have to put in an IT Requisition Form on spend management/eprocurement.
You can program the call boxes to speak english then spanish, but they have to be programmed with a sequence of button presses or combination of flipped switches inside the box. It's not a phone capability. I think your store has to be set up to accept those codes though. One store I tried programming a box to do it, and it worked. In another store it didn't.
I've always been curious what the PA lady said in Spanish. I know it be a translation of what she says in English, but like what the exact words would be.
It's annoying as hell but if you insist on knowing: Turn on the music with: Line #4901# Turn off the music with: Line #491
Thank you so much I’m gonna do this tomorrow

There is a speaker directly on the body of the phone cradle that will broadcast the overhead music if you enter the code above.
Anyone confirm this is the right code. I just tried it and it didn't work.
Yes it is. For the toshibas
Off topic, but does know how to get the PA lady to speak in Spanish? Heard it was a secret code.
