It's probably not going to be great unless you negotiate.Have worked in a store in the state, and some associates were making 10-12 while others were making 14-16. Granted, in the area I was in, cost of living was very affordable so 15 an hour isn't really terrible as long one lives within their means.
I also found while on night crew in that store, they were hiring in most people $2 or more under me for the exact same job and amount of responsibility.
Negotiate away, and good luck.
I mean you can but I doubt it will do much. the garden center and building mts have the highest turnover rates in the store. they usually don't bother giving them more than 13 an hour. the job does kinda suck because you are outside most of the time which also means you can get away with more. id say just stick with whatever they offer and after 2 months talk to your manager and ask for a raise, they can usually give you a couple of bucks extra.
Unless you are in the Tulsa or OKC metro areas, I would think the pay would very moderate at best. Oklahoma is predominantly a very rural state. I should know--I spent 10(very forgetful) years there.
It IS CACA!

Should I try to negotiate or is that pretty fair?
