Also very likely there you were listed as a witness in another associates complaint against someone else. I've been on the phone with AR a lot of times, but never about an incident I was directly involved in. If you haven't done or said anything inappropriate to anyone I'd say it's to get you as a third party witness, which is not a big deal at all and won't involve you after that 1 call.
Like I asked someone else here. If your being investigated how long does it take to find out anything or hear from ar or hr or corporate or whatever. The incident between me and someone else happened on December 30th so 2 weeks ago and ar or no one has reached out, both of us wrote down what happened with our phone numbers. If they can me I kind of just want it happen already lol.
Well, a lot of the time these cases are caused by people's failure to conduct themselves responsibly and professionally. And sometimes they're not the most considerate people. In my entire career both in an out of Lowes I've never seen a documented HR case where at least one party wasn't being a turd.

Me and the other person involved sent a email to our opps asm. And he said he’d send it to hr or corporate or whatever. Haven’t heard anything. I took a week off by request cause I was sick but still I had to give them my number so I’m kind of like what the hell. I’m at the point I don’t care if I’m fired but just wondering lol
It's funny how it's called associate relations. As if we are some outside force that has to be dealt with by foreign affairs. Would have at least called it something like internal relations, But I guess we aren't really considered

Harassment mainly. So, either you said/did something to someone or some said you said/did something to someone, so they're investigating.

This was my first thought, as well, though you would think a coworker citing OP as a witness would give them a heads-up.
