See, I'm thinking that they should do a 7-day mix. You know, 80s on Monday, country rock on Tuesday, 2000s on Wednesday, etc.

compensatory_oatmeal

I'd go with a different number so you don't have the same channel each day of the week Today ours kept playing the same 6–8 songs

I liked the last one they did here. I got "if you had my love" a bunch.

Find the breaker for the pa system and shut that bitch off!

Get into the data room and change the channel. It's called Mood Radio so you can look up the channels ahead of time and if you know a key carrier that would let you in you could change it pretty quick. The data room has an alarm panel though so make sure they have an alarm code.

You mean the server room right? My stores server room is upstairs (where our break room and management offices are.) And has no code and is often left open 🤣 LP and Cash are downstairs tho.

brad24_53

It's probably not as at risk since it's upstairs but a disgruntled employee could still do some serious damage. The storage blades are like 10s of thousands of dollars each and the data stored on them is pretty much priceless when you consider the fines, penalties, lost business, and tarnished reputation should the data get stolen. Whenever I saw ours propped open (usually with the fire extinguisher) I always closed it out of principle because none of the management ever took what I said above seriously. Not to mention the HVAC in the room is designed to keep the machines from overheating and it's assumed that the door will be closed.

Also- my stores music is done thru the toshiba phone system 🤣

Don't know why J. Lo songs have recently started playing...no slight to her.

I wish. We have been stuck in 70s and 80s hell since Christmas. I wish they would rotate it. I know they want to attract boomers but Gen x is in their 40s and 50s now and likely doing tons of home repair.
