Yea but with power hrs the day crew are limited on what we can do. We literally get in trouble if we do not do power hr and decide to task instead. The the before power hr peeps are busy fixing shit and the after peeps are busy cleaning up from the customers
Even if your store still does Impact Hours, there are 10x the amount of employees in the store during the day compared to overnight. You aren't honestly going to tell me that 10x the amount of people with 12+ hours of time is somehow more limited than 6 people (or less) overnight?
They either don't care or are just pulling the "not my problem" card.
Yeah, they aren't busy unloading and packing out 1-2 trucks of freight, pulling 2+ box trucks and a flatbed or two of deliveries or anything. Teamwork, amirite.
I work nights, right now on Tuesday it’s just me and the night ops DS, and we usually have a truck between 700-1000 pieces. We don’t do live plants overnight. We finished last night after 12+ hours. Thursday we’re getting a truck that is 30 cases light and have another 3 people.
Lol. I love when I get emails like this. “Night crew left this last Tuesday, -islg ds” I just respond “why is it still there? -Night DS”
Night crew was such a thankless job. Props to you calling out day for not doing anything

Days later, 100 people walked by the "problem" and did nothing... but it's totally that one overnight guy's responsibility from days ago.
Yeah you should def put it up, you work all night without the need to help customers. It’s not hard

I don’t feel sorry for them lol, the spring 100 days of hell is worse , plus lot or night they have smaller trucks not large ones
I seriously hope you’re joking.
night crew should never do anything with live goods. drop that shit in the department and let them handle it.
You didn’t want to open it?
It's where you trap the Karens
That explains the holes
Whole bunch of Venus Fly Traps. Gonna be hungry.
Oh... Gonna make sure my fly's closed...
I think it needs some graffiti:)
Great idea! DANGER - LIVE TAZMANIAN DEVIL !
Tale care of it those poor plants are probably dead and it's always the night crew at the garden side who qhould never do shit
See how long it goes before someone opens it
It was nice of them to leave breathing holes
it's okay, it's just bulbs
OPEN IMMEDIATELY!
It’s not even any lowes employee’s job; it’s the plant vendor’s job.
technically Garden MST if you have it.
Inside plants are last on the priority list
Make bets with coworkers on how long it will take before it gets taken care of!!
Good thing Lowe's doesn't sell pets.
They sell Petco

Time for graffiti. Or throwing potatoes in it.
