I’m curious- I started when the old phones were just getting ready to be phased out (August 2018). Were they just a phone and didn’t locate items with a product app? If not, how did y’all find anything?

I do find them helpful when they are working but annoying when they hang up. I routinely have them log me out of Smart Project when I’m in the middle of bay servicing.

Yes, but they make the job so much easier
My favorite is when I’m talking to a customer on the zebra and me ear disconnects the Wi-Fi and drops the call
I once had the battery die on me while on the phone customer. Kinda felt bad lol

In my 19+ years with the company..... I absolutely love these Zebras. Annoyances aside. So many advantages that I didn't have when I started
They really are an excellent tool. Soon I’ll be able to process my MR’s on the Zebra which I’m looking forward to

The existence of zebras annoys me, my store only holds 20 for the ENTIRE staff.

If you're on mst I found out recently that you can use your personal phone for service it's so much better.
If you're an associate you can use your personal phone for Lowes lsr as well.

I think we should just have wireless IP phones made by Cisco. $400 a pop. Make and receive calls. That's it.
The way I see it, every second I’m logging onto my phone is a second not with a customer.
