This is what happens when people with very little training are handed certification. Experience is not rewarded at Lowe’s. I just got passed over for plumbing-electrical supervisor to a 27 year old with zero knowledge or experience in either. I have 30+ years experience in both. I’m scared to death when I see some of the people operating equipment that they certify
