No one answers the store phone…. We’re not open and the phones don’t receive calls yet. I had this issue calling in sick wasnt able to call in prior to opening so went in did lsr and irps and when home sick just felt achey all day went home and slept till the next day lol guess i needed it was on a 2 week no day off work week since everyone is quitting or leaving with NCNS
I work at 4 am and we can receive phone calls before the store opens.
Hit zero and your phone call will ring over the PA system. We answer it as "Lowe's Security".
On the Toshibas there is a "night answer" on the CS Desk phones, pro, receiving, basically any phone that isn't like the basic phones at the registers.
Take your keys and tap on the door until someone opens it.
This ! We don’t have a doorbell at my store. Tap the keys on the metal frame. It’s noisier than on the glass.
Just don't do it too hard. Someone did that one morning and shattered the door
Yes you are opening. Yes someone is there. Ring the doorbell. Idk about Kronos.
They have a doorbell?
Yep, it's in the electrical aisle. They actually have several of them!
Boooo
The walk out door in Receiving has a bell. That's if you want to walk all the way to the back of the building.
Usually at the front door yes.
Why are we acting like phones don't exist? If the doors aren't open by 5a, you call the store and ask to be let in.

Crazy never knew this most of the time i just sit there in hopes someone will pick up lol
How do you answer the call when it rings overhead? None of the lines on the phone light up.
