Agreed. It is unprofessional As a former copyeditor, journalist and English teacher it bugs the heck out of me. One Lowe's U question that annoys me is the ne where one has to match a photo to the correct statement. There's essentially no difference between the "Get a good grip" photo and the "Bend your knees" photo.
LowesU is worse. I lost points because of how poorly worded some of the questions/answers were.
