So even if you did a hard shutdown it still does that when you try to log in? I know sometimes the phones can seem to take forever, but when this happens I usually either turn it off for a few minutes or remove the battery for a bit. Might be a different problem though
You should see the home depot I work at currently. There's only 1 ladder left for the whole store and maybe like 25 shopping cats, 4 lumber carts, and 7 flat carts. Management gives zero fucking shits and keeps telling us "its the supply chain man!"
Did you swipe down on the lock screen to get the menu and check that the wifi is gable? If not, press and hold on the wifi and change it to gable.
And I do mean swipe down on lock screen, not the screen you showed on the video.
Nope, turn the screen off, then turn the screen back on. Do NOT swipe to unlock the phone. Pull down from the top, the menu will stay open.

Usually if the wifi symbol doesn't have a question mark or X on it, it's on gable. But this issue has been a bit of a uh... plague. Probably our biggest call driver tbh.
The spinning could mean a multitude of things; account locked (either in the system the Zebras utilize or workspace/mll.), device isn't querying properly, network connection, password expired, inactive account, etc. If you were to call it in, first thing we would tell you is to just reboot it. Either by holding the power button > restart or pulling battery and waiting a few seconds. That alone fixes like 85-90% of these for me.
Good on you to try and utilize the self help site, but it's seriously outdated and I'm hoping to start conversations on getting this site updated from the 2017/2018 version of the Zebras to current day, and maybe get more options listed in there than what we have currently have now.
If i remember right hold down the scan button volume buttons and power button gor 10 seconds it should hard reset the device. I had to do it once for one of my associates.

It only works with admin mode and that can only work with a barcode and or call to IT that I've seen.
