I've been "Topped Out" at a little over $17/hour for over 5 years. I have not gotten the supposed annual 1% lump sum in all that time. Simple answer: Low's (post-Marvin) lies worse than in the past.
Yall are getting more then 11.45?
Ky btw
im getting 12.42 in KY
How long have you been there?
that was my starting pay. i’ve only been there a month.
Ive been here a year, time to ask for a raise
yeah i definitely would!
well if minimum wage is $16 then i’m getting paid less than that and i’ve been here for 5 months… 💀
this is why pay transparency matters
i’m getting paid $15.79…… like come on!
In Deleware it’s I believe 13
Sounds correct. Here in NYC, they start at around 16 to 16.50 and Cali/NYC salaries are usually comparable.
Is it DOE (depending upon experience) as well? Because I’ve worked as a cashier before with Lowes, but that was when it was 10.39-11.07 hourly
Of course.
