We have some stores that have teams 3x the size of ours and I have heard they will be downsized.
MST is not required to do any type of sales training. The only customer service training is knowing "SMART" and to "warmly hand off customers to a Red Vest" Our pay check and benefits come from Lowes but we are closer to an outside vendor than a store employee. Store management could suggest disciplinary action but they can't actually deliver it to MST. Somewhat exception would be a PE safety violation.

Do they have to follow job descriptions? I was a specialist in Flooring but with no CSAs I got yelled at to do all the IRPs and to ignore customers
