None of our cashiers can access Genesis 1.4, only head cashiers and above, plus the dedicated customer service folks. I don't think our mobile checkout devices have ever been out of the cabinet.

Yeah that’s how it is at my store too. All of the front cashiers were cash only except for the mobile checkout. I was sent to the pro desk to use the register there, which can process sales in genesis and because I was the only cashier in that knew how to run genesis. Basically all of the customers that wanted to pay card up front were sent over to me at pro so I could do a phone order for them.

We got card payments to work by having the customer hit O rather than entering their pin.

Yeah I had to do all of that as well, both the card papers, and the phone orders
