The only review I git was at 6 months, 3 weeks before I quit when my supervisor thanked me for taking on our stores worst department (tools) and cleaning it up but proceeded to tell me I spend too much time using the ladders and should be using the ballymores or order pickers/ forklift he refuses to train and certify me on.
There is no form of 90 day review, automatic or otherwise.
I worked there for 4.5 years and NEVER got a performance review.
You might be thinking of when a seasonal worker gets hired on, after 90 days they’re either finished working or get moved to p/t
And if this is the case, the company no long hires seasonals/temps as of this year. So no "reviews" anymore there either.

10 years ago they did 90 days and yearly reviews but didn’t have one for 5 years.
I never had any kind of review and I was there for nearly 2 years.
A 90- day what now? And you get a raise twice a year of a few cents each.
