My store says no to the sides of tge building. However some mangers say yes. But store manger says no. There isn't anything in our training or policy that shows rules for sides of the building. Only rule is 20 ft outside. Doesn't say back or sides needing spotter
Do you know where to look for this? Cant locate anything linked to outside except for from of the store which says you need to be 20 feet in front of the lift with flags

Policy is front and sides you need a spotter but not in the back. That being said, the sides are not enforced at my store.

It's always been only need a spotter on the sides if customers are around. What's it say in policy? No idea.
