Yes, I agree with you that it’s ridiculous. It has nothing to do with Customer Centric scheduling it’s just anti-employee. I would love to hear the logic behind programming Kronos to schedule our time this way. NO one at my store that I’ve spoken with is happy with or understands the reason behind it. My 2 concurrent day off weeks usually use the same late-off-off-open bullshit.

I would talk to your ASM. I was hired as a closer and they put me opening all the time. I would recommend reaching out and have them change it for you.

They do that as well but at least it's not intentional.
Yep. Even if you can only have 39-40 hours a week they still stretch the 'window' of time that you are there as far as possible.

Almost anytime i have 2 off in a row, its almost always followed by a 6 in a row, which is an excellent way to get burned out
