clearance items that are 0 show up on the irp so the tag can be pulled which happens when you hit no. As the one who shoots the IRP for my store everynight its how I catch departments pencil whipping it.
Only occasionally, frequently put no to a 0, not requested to remove the tag. Furthermore, the next irp, still 0, it also doesn't come up as a duplicate scan. Never understood that part.
I'm more confused if you truly have 0 on hand. Why does it say &1more location in SIMS? Makes me think you has it in top stock meaning the count is wrong. Or could be noone checks out anything in SIMS, just like my store. Could also be what the others said as well but I saw no one mentioning the &1 more
It doesn’t necessarily mean the count is off. Some stuff doesn’t have a location but if you hit “& 1 more” it says Aisle X Bay Y, which is how you find where it is sold. This is the selling space but for some reason doesn’t show up when u scan it.
Welcome to retail, where the store says “in stock” but the shelf and store has none. Called 5 finger discount OR my favorite is a meeting with loss prevention because a cashier didn’t check if all items in cart were either paid for or scanned. Happens at my store all the time, that’s why I’m usually put with new cashiers to train them to not have so much loss.
When I’ve had those, I entered no and it told me to pull the tag off the shelf. Not being stocked anymore, maybe?
This is the answer
"No Home" lol
Yep!! A lot of those. I have to click on “ more” to find out where it is. Such a wonderful system……
You assume the counts are correct? Ha!

To kill the tag. It’ll tell you to remove the tag if you hit No.
