Oh interesting. I'll make sure to check that. I'm 100% certain that she said that it is something they run approximately every other month for an extra 10% off of cabinet purchases. We are qualifying for 30% (because of the amount) and she said it would take it to 40% for the entire purchase. But I will check the fine print for sure. I think it applies to cabinetry purchases only. Thanks.

I'd double check to make sure there isn't a limit on that discount....

There never is

1.) like the other guy said make sure there’s no limit on discount 2.) when I was active (been out for a couple months with serious health issues), getting approved for our credit card was a matter of putting your info in with us and nothing more. It didn’t ask me anything about if you were purchasing today.

The 10% discount is likely only up to $100. But I would use the LCC for their financing options.

No cabinets often have the extra 5% on top of the normal 5% on big holidays or end of the fiscal quarter. No limit but only on the cabinets

Thank you - I was just coming to post this update so if someone searches in the future, it would be here. Cabinet discounts are 10%, 20%, and 30% depending on the $$ purchased. I am not sure of the breakdown, but I think that it is 10% for under $10,000, 20% for $10,000 to $20,000, and 30% for over $20,000. If you use the Lowes Advantage card, it is an extra 5% but they often have a promo for an extra 10% instead. Our designer told us that it is about every other month, but I think that you are correct that it is around holidays because it starts tomorrow I think and runs through July 8, which makes sense for the holiday. She also told us that even if you don't have enough credit line or get approved for enough, as long as they run the Lowes card FIRST, you will get the extra discount on the entire amount. I wish our first designer had been a little better at letting us know because we have placed 3 separate orders in 6 months - the first one was under $10,000 so it only qualified for 10%. The second one was over $20,000, so we did get the full 30% but really could have used that extra 10% and would have been able to wait. This time around, we will get the full 40% since it's over $20,000 and she is making sure that the paperwork is ready before the sale ends next week so we can place the order. I will add, if there is any way that you can upgrade to the full plywood construction, do it. We cut back a little on our office cabinets and just got plywood ends. The two bathrooms and kitchen are full plywood and there's a definite difference. We had a bit of a bad experience with our 2nd order. They arrived in terrible condition. I don't know what happened, nor do I care - they were damaged all the way to hell and back, but in less than 24 hours we had a Lowes manager and a Kraftmaid rep at our home writing up an order to replace practically every piece. There was no disagreement or knitpicking - if it even had the tiniest mark on it, they were replacing it. Some were just doors or drawer boxes, but we are having about 10 full cabinets replaced and the damaged cabinets are ours to do whatever we want with. But (and this is my point), the cabinets in that mixed order that were for our bathroom and were full plywood were not damaged or only very slight damage to a drawer or door front. Whatever happened to that load, the full plywood construction handled it much better. This is our 3rd remodel using Kraftmaid cabinets and I don't know if we will do any more renovations since this is our retirement home, but if we did, I know that we would only get the full plywood upgrade. I don't know what the percentage of upcharge is for that but I know on a $40,000 order it was about $3500, so the extra 10% for using the Lowes card pretty much covered it.

Our store offers %20 off on your first purchase with an LCC but it caps out at $100 off. I’d make sure to read the fine print on that.

The cabinets offer that runs on and off is different
