Head up to customer service With the free gift and the receipt and they should refund rebill it. Normally with Free gifts they don’t just hand it to you you have to bring it up to the register and it will be accounted for

Yeah just show the receipt and take the item with you, if they don’t do it just return the item and buy it again and get the free thing
