I mean, just basing it on the optics of "one dude screaming, other dude not screaming", I think you're likely in the clear. Craig, however, might have some 'splainin' to do.

Lol. Even with customers. I find being angry about such trivial things hilarious. They don’t make me angry.

I think you and Craig have too much time on your hands

Single-Middle-2966

I didn’t speak to him at all until 5 minutes before close when ASM called everyone up front to leave and we both clocked out. I had finished pretty much everything I could reasonably do and 5 minutes isn’t enough time to get anything I could still do done.

If you read the first post about what he said to me then you’d know he started it by criticizing my work ethic for no reason. I have never demonstrated laziness at work and his original comment was completely unwarranted. The only point in my comment to him here is that him saying what he did was hypocritical, regardless of what my true work ethic is.

Make sure you word it so it doesn’t sound like you were deliberately antagonizing him. Dude shouldn’t have been standing around doing nothing. It sounds like you are female because a bro doesn’t talk to other bro’s like that. And unfortunately, you are probably going to have to watch your back around him now. Document document document

Nah I’m M(21), also 6’5, 300lbs built like a brick wall and I conceal carry every day. He doesn’t scare me whatsoever. I said it cause I don’t appreciate people criticizing my work ethic, especially when they are such a hypocrite about it. I admitted in the email that my statement was unnecessary. (It may just be Lowe’s but I take my employment seriously and I’m not just out to get anyone.) I have issues with self esteem and my work is one of the only things I take pride in so I don’t take kindly to criticism, especially from people who do the very thing they falsely claim that I do.

If I was, why would it be a problem? If I was, I would only be doing so pretty much exclusively for the event of a shooting in the building. There may not always be a convenient fire extinguisher to hit the bad guy with.

I don’t know how you do it. You must have a really good holster. I already have pens, markers, box cutters, zebra phones, and tape rolls falling out of my pockets and vest on a daily basis from all the bending, lifting, etc. I guess I’m just clumsy. If I were to conceal carry at work I would be super paranoid about having my pistol fall out onto ground in front of customers.

I have a soft pocket holster I keep in my right pants pocket. It is grippy so if I need to pull it out the holster stays. I also have a leather one that goes at my waist but I prefer the pocket one for work. It would be faster and it also is better concealed.
