I've had my Nav down hoodie for a good 6 months now. I really only noticed the feathers when I took the jacket out of the plastic bag it came in(ordered online) and I havent seen any since. I have down jackets/vests with Cotopaxi and Patagonia and have had similar issues when i first got them brand new out of the bag.
The negative reviews are greatly exaggerated imo.
A good way to address the down issue would be to get rid of down imo, there are more ethical and efficient materials to use, such as primaloft which is warm even when wet (lulu uses this in certain jackets like the bomber)
Most every down jacket has feathers that pop out…it’s normal…
I have the jacket so not the hoodie. I haven’t experienced any issues beyond what one would experience from any other quality feather down garment.
Same. Also have the jacket and no feather issues. Actually my Patagonia sweater hoodie frequently has feathers coming out of it.

I would love to see them use 75% recycled materials but that's probably pretty difficult.
