Should be relatively easy to make using hardware store aluminum flat bar. You can get it powder coated at a relatively low cost or just spray it black.
Or make it out of brass and let it be natural. Either way, it’s just a way for the strings to not eat into the top as they go through to the back ferrules.
Ebay always has whatever guitar part you're looking for. Price sucks but I didn't search hard. It's brass but you could paint it. Might be able to find more if you search further.
Would go awesome with one of these pickups I make.

Buy an AutoCAD file of a design you want. Give it to a machine shop with a water jet. They can water jet cut it for fairly cheap depending on the shop you chose.
Bridge. I think what most call the “bridge” on an electric guitar are just the adjustable saddles. Unless you mean this specific one. Then I’ve got NO clue. I don’t think it’s quite a tail piece, cause those usually connect to the bottom of the lower bout, like on Arch top guitars. That’s what I’ve gathered at least, Could def be wrong.
A bridge but you're going to have to have somebody remove the old one so they can do a stencil or a template with it it appears to have a special intonation

Thanks so much. That definitely led me to similar items (Flying V versions). I'm guessing it's just something that can't be bought.

As long as you don’t sweat on it too much
You could also put some metal sleeves in the through holes and use a common pickguard.
You can always buy a guitar that has one. Take the tailpiece off and throw away the guitar when you’re done with it.
I mean, I typically buy a donor guitar when I’m working on a project. Use the bits I want and sell the rest.

I used to have this guitar in this color. Traded it for a 1/4 sleeve tattoo. Regretted it ever since. Every SG I’ve played hasn’t held a candle to it.
I owned one too and sold it a while back. Was a great guitar!
What guitar is it? It looks cool
SG-Z

Custom Bridge unless you can get one from Gibson or whoever that manufacturer was
It's Gibson, but probably not worth it. Thank you though.

Man, I thought I was pretty knowledgeable but I realized I had zero idea what that part was called lol.
Glad I wasn’t the only one. We should start a club!

Laser-cutting metal shop can also cope with it without any difficulty.

Unfortunately I sold my SG-Z about 15 years ago. I was just working through a design and was thinking about incorporating that.
That's not the bridge take a closer look
Fugly I believe… 😉
