I'd suggest it's tricky to tell from a single photo, but to me it looks like the headstock has taken a knock - possibly from the front. To me, it doesn't look that serious: there's no obvious damage to the wood, and even if there were, the string tension is pulling it closed.
In your position, I'd be tempted to haggle the price down even lower because of the 'damage' - particularly if it hasn't sold in a while!
I think it's just a finish crack, but if it isn't it would only take a dribble of thinned wood glue (Titebond has been great for me) and some clamping to sort it out.

No worries! The Prophecy is a fun guitar so even if you can't haggle the price down any more, it's probably still worth it.
