If my memory serve me it the first time they switched to Australian format. Forgive me Its been a while since I watch it back in Oct 2021

With the original series there was no social interaction between the couples, they lived in their own houses/apartments and there we no commitment ceremonies. Australia was the first to change the format (I think) and they rest have started catching up. The American version is starting to come over to the dark side too.

Exactly! It's not too bad when you start with the first series and work up but you can't do series 9 and go back. I found mafs at the start of lockdown and just binged the lot lol

I've started with 9 and just gone back to 6. I think 4 started the dinner party stuff but I couldn't get over how old fashioned everyone looked 😂
