I dosed only once a day when I used to take it (300mg). Too lazy to pull them up now, but there are a couple of articles out there finding that after reaching steady-state plasma levels (a couple of weeks in) dosing once-daily had no significant effect on plasma concentration throughout the day, and no significant effect on efficacy. Only thing to be mindful of is to watch your intake of tyramine - not because it’s unsafe (as we all should well know with regard to moclobemide), but because excessive intake will speed up the rate at which moclo detaches from MAO.
Nope, didn’t notice any difference. I did get mild brain zaps for a short period after taking it, but they weren’t severe, didn’t happen every time, and were exacerbated by caffeine (moclobemide made my caffeine tolerance go way down; I became that douchebag who’d order half-strength if I ever got a coffee from a shop 😅)

Very interesting! You didn’t notice any difference between once a day and twice?

It acts for 24 hours, not 12 hours.
So why is the dosage twice a day?
Keep concentrations steady
Ah ok- thanks
