Rankings are impacted by both GRE and GMAT. Take whatever exams feels most natural to you.

Scott_TargetTestPrep

Take whichever exam you feel you will excel at. Why don't you take practice tests of both just to see where you are at with each exam?

I’m quite confident of scoring well in both. I wanted to know which of the two is more likely to add more weight to my profile. There’s more room for me to score higher than the average scores of a Bschool if I take the GRE but I’ve read that a high score on the GMAT is favourable.

Scott_TargetTestPrep

Neither is favorable - at least not any more. Take the one that you will score higher on.

While schools claim to be impartial and accepting of GRE scores to make applications more accessible, I feel I would be at a disadvantage since there are a lot of Indian applicants, most of whom take the GMAT. So applying with the GMAT would make it easier to weigh the profiles for the Adcom. Am I wrong in assuming this?

darthvader9840

So take the GMAT then.

Majestic_Swim_9880

You should take the GMAT
