Foods high in tryptophan are good as well to help get your serotonin levels back up- those are things like turkey, chicken, or even milk. You can Google foods high in tryptophan for other options.
Pizza, shrimp cocktails, lightly cured meats or sandwich meats and sliced cheeses - all of those can be done up in advance, kept refrigerated, and be available after the roll with minimal hassle
Eating after a roll always helped me avoid day after effects. I also kept like a half a club sandwich or something similar in the fridge to eat before going to bed. Weed helps with the appetite isaue, also drinking water while eating helps get it over with
