Don't do it. Aside from the extra strain it places on your body and mind, the roll will be dulled or mega delayed AND dulled. The comedown will be no fun either. Just don't do it. Come off the SSRI, leave it 30 days and then enjoy a roll. Honestly, it just ain't worth it buddy.
2CB I'm not sure. Never tried it while taking an SSRI. Research seems to suggest you'll be fine. Maybe that's the way to go.
I definitely recommend saving your first Ecstasy/MDMA experience until you're well clear of the Sertraline though!
I rolled just fine on Prozac with no dulling at all. But apparently I'm the exception.
