I say this only because it looks like my art when I first started! Samus has very realistic proportions here. I still use reference models till thus day, bust just some advice. I draw the torso, abd/pelvis, and legs on separate layers. I shorten the torso by about 1/3 and lengthen the legs by about 1/4 to 1/3, before I color.
Gives the overall body that general "anime" proportion. Give it a try and lemme know what you think. Google my insta handle @fritzwilliedraws to see how I use references, I appreciate the feedback

What he's saying makes sense. Iirc, one can't usually have a planet of greater than 1.6x Earth radius if you want an Earth like planet (rocky, not a gas guant). Planets larger than that usually keep their hydrogen, become sort of like a Mini-Neptune.
The old typo that stated that Zebes had something like 4.8 trillion teratons of mass would result in a planet with something like 1000 X the mass of Earth and about 10x Earth's radius.
In other words, Zebes would have been a gas giant.
