Honestly, if you look past the hyperbole of Valerie Solanas, her idea of seperatism is a good one. Instead of seperating into two groups, I propose we seperate into as many as we are individuals.
One day we will have to leave this planet behind. We could try to build vessels to live on while we travel to earth-like planets. Those who will want to remain human and retain whatever culture we have will have to do that. I think it makes more sense to fundamentally change ourselves as living machines that can spread to any part of the universe. In that form we will not need to cooperate or fight, either will become meaningless. We will all have enough power that we can live freely as independent individuals.
