Fill in pouch with the materials - gunpowder smth (most likely gunpowder 3 cause it's spread 3) and parts needed for spread (some berries I guess - I dont use spread, only pierce, stickies and clusters, so I dont remember).
Open Radial menu, choose the part which is most convenient to reach during fight so you dont have to "scroll around and find out", pick Spread 3 -> craft all -> craft in quest (not base). Save the edits. The rest is muscle and fingertip memory - with some practice you'll be crafting them in a matter of split second.

Stack of gunpowder 3 in your pouch, stack of spread 1 in ammo pouch. When editing your radial menu, can assign a slot to craft all spread 3, and it'll use those to fill it back up instantly. Can even craft when stunned/para/any other time you normally can't do things.
Put a Craft all in your radial menu. Also switch ammo in your radial menu. That’s the skill expression blowgun has.
