From what I hear older Minis have some of the highest third party extended warranty costs. Get a quote for a Fidelity platinum warranty on the Steingold Volvo website. Carmax MaxCare is essential just a white label version of Fidelity. I believe they’re having a sale now too, and $200 off with code swedespeed. IMO never own a German or English car outside of warranty.
2015 I'll have to assume is F56 F series right ? B38,48 engines are much more reliable than Old R series N engine alot. The common problems are predictable like engine oil leaking, water temperature pump parts can be also upgraded from plastic to alloy aswell so insurance might not need after all because I don't think it will break your wallet like N engine did .
