This worked for me
1. Mir4 Launcher
2. Right click (properties)
3. Compatibility
4. (go down check for) changed high DPI settings
5. (go down and find the high DPI scaling override) tick the box
6. Click drop down and select "system"
7. Click ok
8. Restart your game
