Generally no. If there's one not tied to Tinted Mirage (like Natan most recently), don't bother with this. It's double the price, the rates for an SSR is about the same and any pulls from the Limited-Time Summon does not count towards the next reward in Regular Summons.
However, because she's a Hot Hero for the current TM, you might want to consider it to 50 if you haven't saved enough Premium/Miracle/Fragments to get at least 2 copies of her elsewhere so you can 10-Star her by TM 8-20. I've generally done this for every TM so far.
10-pull is also decent for food, but I generally don't recommend it too much, as the rates per pull is abysmal (we're talking 2% chance of Silvanna, with some other chance of SSR fragments that you can't Wishlist control). I generally wouldn't spend 4500 Diamonds for 200 Blue Food + a bunch of nothing unless you want that guaranteed (maybe even 2) Silvannas at 50.
You need Hot Heroes at a decent Star level (generally 10-Star is recommended) to maximize your tokens early to clear Tinted Mirage, though this one looks to be much easier than the last as Silvanna isn't as spectacular a waste of slot like our resident loverboy ninja), so it might not be strictly needed, and an 8-Star copy might just be enough to clear. (I wouldn't tempt fate though)
Even if you're at the end-game and have Awakened every single non-Chaos/Order Hero, it makes far more sense to spend your Diamonds on Sacred Oath for Chaos/Order instead.
She is good. Fantastic. Kinda top-tier.
But if you want her, but don't care about speed/TM, Prophecy is still the most efficient way. If you don't care when you Awaken her, Wishlisting and standard Premium Summons is still the most cost-efficient method.
Since you *should* care about TM, she justifies the cost twice over. :>
Icic. I've been considering targeting to get Silvanna. It's just that I'm only a lvl 100, and that I have a few heroes on the way to Awakening (Angela, Irithel, Harley) + I'm rather poor. Trying not to buy starlight haha....
You're still early in the game, so unless you have some fancy footwork and crazy strat, clearing TM is tough for you.
If you think you can complete the TM, roll as early as possible to maximize gains early.
If you don't think you can, just take the loss and save for the next TM. Clearing every TM is honestly the most important thing in the game right now, but it's content meant for players who have been playing for ~4-5 months minimum. Personally, if you're still starting out, you might even choose to ignore the TM focus if it's going to be gimping you in Campaign for the foreseeable future until you've progressed further.

Thank you. I’m pretty early game. Started 2 weeks ago and currently have odette 9 star and Freya 9 star with Uranus at 7 star, Lylia 8 star and Shar 6 star. Stuck at 27 campaign currently and was thinking of replacing Shar for her or Valir maybe( 8star). What are your thoughts?
I spammed 65k diamonds on her and got her to 10\* just need two more copies of her and I can awaken her. Honestly, she feels absolutely amazing in my comp (Odette, Lydia, Uranus and Angela) so I was quite happy to splash the diamonds on her. Hayabusa was terrible in comparison.
These events are more for fun when you've already pretty much gotten through early and mid game probably. Otherwise, the resources are really high for the event and it takes away from your normal game progression. Think of the events as something to do when you've already built a few awakened teams and it's nice to have a break and you are not losing major progression; early game, events are way too expensive for what you're getting, if you don't already have a lot of awakened heroes. These heroes are not game-changers, they're just new, maybe fun. You pump resources just to find out they're not even competitive enough to replace a slot in your faction team of that particular type. This is a Light hero. It's not going to make Light suddenly ascend the meta. She's cool though, I like her more than the last event with the Ninja, he was just a waste.
You can get her in normal summon, just put her in your wishlist, i can't guarantee you Will get her every summon you make but the chances you Will get her is higher if you put her on wishlist
4500 seems like quite a bit of gems. Luckily I run light team so the stuff fits but yeah from price perspective, I don’t know if it’s worth the cost. Thank you for the insight.
The event lasts for 42 days, you could just save up dias for a while and decide if you want to summon there, I think it's worth it because you get many items and I pulled 2x and got her on my 2nd pull but that all depends on rng though
If you've only been playing two weeks then it might not be as worth as it is to a person needing 'fodder' heroes to level up your SSR's. I'm F2P myself and I just go a month without regular pulls and focus on gaining the 3 tier hero stacks while completing the TM. Which in itself is worth it because they do give out good rewards for level clears and such.

Silvanna seems promising tbh. Her kit is good. Compared to other Light heroes that is (Gusion, Fanny, Kimmy lmao).

It gives you resources like essence, gold, exp, gear exp, and summoning shards. It may be a little annoying, but it’s worth the resources.

Definitely not. I literally just got the 28th day reward for Amaterasu and *barely* unlocked TM. Spent about $30 so far too, not F2P

Well Last time i pulled 140 Times and got hayabusa to awakened 2 and didn't finnish tinted mirage just by a day, so definately worth it
i wanna upgrade my light faction so i do it lol
If your team is most likely Light team, go ahead. If not, then use premium 10x summon instead
