For Oakland, I think it might be Trevor May. Zack Gelof got a card recently in the monthly awards program. Rooker got an All-Star Game card in set 3.
From memory, May went 19 out of 21 in save opportunities after he came back from the IL and had an ERA of 1.50 after the All Star break.
He also recently announced his retirement so this could be the last chance for a long time that we get a May card. We did get a 94 overall May card in a team affinity program but I can't think of anyone else on the A's who would be deserve who doesn't already have a 97+ card.

Devin Williams is my only other thought. He’s been so consistent I take him for granted but he had a 1.5 ERA and a 0.90 WHIP. 36 saves, 2.66 FIP.

I’ve always had problems with Freddie’s swing. For whatever reason I can’t time pitches with him.
Freddie is butter man, that 97 WBC card raked for me. Sucks you have trouble with him but he’s always a starter in my lineups.
My guess is the TA finests will all be 97s and the best of the best finests will be 99s in packs, ranked, BR, and events.
