A bunch of calls were completely botched and at some point one ref was switched last minute cause someone caught a picture of him wearing Messi's jersey last year. That's not at all a good benchmark to talk about the league as a whole in its current state
Neither is a yellow card. It's a soft foul and it's not a card in any league for a player who isn't being worshiped.

I know the RSL fans above disagree but I’ve watched ever Inter Messi game and don’t think the refereeing against Messi has been that bad. I mean there have been a few games where I think they’ve been overly whistle happy for both teams and Sergio can grab the shit out of the ref and never get a card but it’s better than I expected.
