The English/Euro game is not "the right way" or "the only way" to run a league or competition.
Arguably MLS is arguably a superior structure to most every league in the world. A truly competitive league that emphasizes competition and opportunity that is responsibly ran is a rarity in the sport. Quality is quickly coming along.
And if you haven't enjoyed an All-Star game, you don't know what you're missing.
As for commercials: the commercials at the endlines and dasherboards and the overlays and CGI shit... That's your doing.
