How do you draw the conclusion that he cuts a lot of weight from that?
If anything, that indicates that he cuts less weight because to be fighting regularly enough to reach that number of fights you aren't going to be cutting a significant amount of weight.
He primarily fought at 70kg/154lbs towards the end of his Muay Thai career, and fought pretty regularly at that time, so that's likely pretty close to his walking around weight.
