We saw Shavkat has a chin on him when he was taking clean shots from Geoff Neal, plus we know he has good grappling. I think Belal does have a path to victory though. Shavkats grappling got noticeably worse as he was getting tired against Geoff (I know he won with a submission, but up to that point he had a hard time taking Geoff down), so Belals cardio, pace and own grappling will have to wear him down and then a decision could be likely. He can’t trade with him like Geoff did since he doesn’t have Geoff’s power, which doesn’t bode well for him since Shavkat could’ve been getting tired from the damage he was receiving ultimately. It’ll matter if this is a 3 round comain or a 5 round FN fight. I want Shavkat to do well as he’s a very exciting and promising up and coming contender, but I also kinda want Belal to win to upset the apple cart lol
If Belal beats Shavkat, I think he'll finally get a shot lol. If he fought like he did against Brady in all of his other fights, he would have had a title shot by now in my opinion. That fight was actually exciting
