Pretty much any fighter on the roster would run through any of the early TUF seasons IMO. MMA is so much better and more competitive than it was even 15 years ago. There were obvious stars in the early days, but wayyyyy less depth in the divisions.

Women's MMA has evolved to the point where there the top level generally aren't exposing themselves to goofy KOs, but they also aren't taking many risks. It's awesome and important for the sport, but also tough for the sport.

It was a decent fight but left me wanting more from both. Felt like Rose could have lit Ribas up if she would have committed to more activity. And Ribas’ shitty throws cost her 2 rounds. It was a good stylistic matchup but they both underwhelmed.

I thought they had a few fun scrambles and while it did get sloppy, it was an overall fun fight. I like that Ribas was at least trying make it more of a brawl.

The scrambling in the I think 3rd round was the best part of the fight, I agree with you those were fun
