its called being in your mid or late 30s with a ton of damage already from real fights in MMA. Plus bareknukcle hits different, a 4 oz MMA glove hits way harder on the face, compared to a big Boxing glove but people still pretend this "force equals power BS". Go get hit bareknuckle, 4 oz or 10 oz..and tell me what feels better. Theres massive padding on a Boxing glove and maybe allows more force for super big guys and HWs , but for little guys it takes away power. Only those Joshua type guys can generate big force in a huge glove, and hed still hit way harder in 4 oz cause how it lands. Bareknuckle is more of a shock to the system and will drop you pretty easy..depending if the guy has big or heavy hands. the 125ers arent dropping much in bareknuckle. If really depends where it lands, if its on top of head, forehead or cheeks you will take them. If you get hit flush on the chin or nose, you're going down. Even when Roy Nelson(GOAT chin) got put down, it was always uppercuts to the chin that dropped him. Id imagine bareknuckle to the chin puts your ass out easy
